Iโm guessing thatโs what youโve just said to yourselfโฆRead on, I promise it will help.
Have you ever felt so pants that you just knew the day was a right-off?
Snap! But more often than not, we hold ourselves to account for not doing something about it there and then - making ourselves feel even worse.
๐๐๐๐! โ๐ฝ so today has been BIG PANTS ๐ฉฒand thatโs ok. Itโs ok to have big pants days.
What I want you to do instead is sit with it. Allow that feeling to just be with you for the day. Admit to yourself and those around you that itโs a big pants day.
Then, I want you to focus on how you are going to use this feeling to generate you tomorrow.
Example: Ok, so I feel pants today because he didnโt reply to me asking for a second date. Fine. His loss! Ergh! Iโm going to set up a string of dates with someone who I know is wrong for me.
OR
OK, Iโm upset. Iโm going to sit with this, but how can I channel this negative energy to help me tomorrow? Iโm going to go and do that thing Iโve been planning to do by myself, or with a friend. Or Iโm going to detox myself from technology.
Which one are you choosing? I dunno about you, but Iโm going for B.
